For the first time, Sonoma County Vintners Foundation’s Community Grants is supporting mental health programming. With the assistance of community grants, Buckelew Programs' Sonoma County Independent Living program has been able to provide a food pantry for anyone in need, many of whom live on an income of about $800 month. They also provide housing to those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. #ProceedsMatter
