Sonoma County Wine Auction September 14-16, 2023
The 2023 Sonoma County Wine Auction (SCWA) will be held with live events on Thursday, September 14 – Saturday, September 16. Named one of the nation’s top charitable wine auctions by Wine Spectator, proceeds raised by SCWA support more nonprofit organizations in Sonoma County than any other fundraising event.
We invite you to participate in this important fundraising effort that raises critical funding for our Sonoma County community, by donating Live Auction Lots or Online Auction Lots for this year’s program.
Opportunities are available for wineries of every size and each donation makes a difference – submit your own lot or collaborate with other donors to craft an exclusive Live Auction or Online Auction Lot. We appreciate your support in making the 2023 SCWA a great success!
Live Lot submission deadline is Wednesday, June 28
Online Lot submission deadline is Thursday, August 31
Submit your lot today! Please note that both lot submission forms are set up for you to submit the components from each donor participating in your auction lot. Individual donation letters will be provided to each supporter for tax purposes. Please be sure to indicate the estimated fair market value of each component you are donating, as it will be provided to winning bidders for their tax purposes.
NEW THIS YEAR
The SCWA Online Auction will be held after the live events, during the holiday season from November 17 – December 1. The Online Auction will be promoted during the in person SCWA events, with opportunities for winery supporters to showcase their brand and participate in the live events.
